Special / Thematic Session Proposals

We invite proposals for organized sessions and short courses (half-day or full-day). Each proposal must include:

• Session title and one-paragraph description (≤300 words)
• Conveners (name, affiliation, contact email) — up to 3 conveners
• Suggested keynote/lecturers (optional)
• Expected number of presentations

Session proposal deadline: 15 March 2026. Conveners will coordinate their session’s abstract collection and session schedule.
