EGS Regular General Assembly

The EGS board of director is honored to invite you to the next regular general assembly and this would be on Tuesday 19^th of March, 2019 at 04:00 PM, the meeting will be held in Holiday IN hotel, El Maadi towers, The Nile Kornish, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. In case the critical number for the general assembly not completed the meeting would be postponed for an hour to discuss the following agenda:

1- Show the budget and the final financial overview for 2018.

2- Show the board of directors report for the association activities during 2018, and the auditor report for 2018.

3- Show the budget plan for 2019

4- Assign auditor for 2019 and put his approximate fees.

5- What comes new of businesses.

Kindly pay any late subscriptions to Dr/ Ahmed Mohamed Ali Yousef – association treasurer to have the right to participate in the meeting, as per regulations you can not attend only if all subscription fees till 2018 paid.

 

 

يتشرف مجلس الادارة بدعوة سيادتكم لحضور اجتماع الجمعية العمومية العادية و ذلك يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 19/03/2019 فى تمام الساعة الرابعة عصرا بفندق هوليداى ان (سوفيتل سابقا) – ابراج المعادى – كورنيش النيل – المعادى – القاهرة, و فى حالة عدم تكامل العدد القانونى لاجتماع الجمعية العمومية يؤجل الاجتماع لمدة ساعة. و ذلك للنظر فى جدول الاعمال التالى

1 – عرض الميزانية و الحساب الختامى عن عام 2018

2 – عرض تقرير مجلس الادارة عن نشاط الجمعية خلال عام 2018 و تقرير مراقب الحسابات عن عام 2018

3 – عرض مشروع الميزانية التقديرية لعام 2019

4 – تعيين مراقب الحسابات للجمعية لعام 2019 و تقدير اتعابه

5 – ما يستجد من اعمال

كذلك نرجو من سيادتكم تسديد الاشتركات المتاخرة عليكم للسيد الاستاذ الدكتور / احمدمحمد على يوسف – امين صندوق الجمعية حتى يكون لكم الحق فى حضور الجمعية العمومية، فطبقا للائحة النظام الاساسى للجمعية يجب ان تكونوا مسددين للاشتراكات حتى عام 2018
